- Contact data: name, email, phone, billing address.
- Order data: vehicles inspected, scope, fees, reports, messages.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser, pages visited.
3. Purposes and lawful basis
We use data to conclude and perform contracts, answer requests, arrange inspections with partners, keep accounting records and prevent fraud. The basis is your consent, contract performance or legal duty under Zakon Ukrainy “Pro zakhyst personalnykh danykh” No. 3993-IX vid 17.12.2024.
4. Consent and cookies
Non-essential cookies, analytics and marketing run only with your prior informed and specific consent, which you may withdraw at any time. Essential cookies keep the site working.
5. Sharing
We share only what is needed with inspection partners, payment providers, IT contractors and public authorities where the law requires it, under confidentiality.
6. Retention
Order and contact records are kept for the contract term plus the accounting and limitation periods set by Ukrainian law. Marketing data is deleted once consent is withdrawn.
7. Security
We use access control, encryption in transit, backups and staff confidentiality to protect data from loss or unauthorised access.
8. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, object to processing and withdraw consent by writing to contact@zylthix.com. Complaints may be filed with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
9. Complaints and changes
Consumer complaints follow Zakon Ukrainy “Pro zakhyst prav spozhyvachiv” No. 3153-IX vid 10.06.2023. We may update this policy; the current version is always published here.
