Every engagement starts with a one-page scope confirmation. It lists the checkpoints, the fee in UAH, and the exclusions you should expect. Nothing is charged until you approve it.

Market scan, listing history, seller opening call, and a shortlist of three candidates. No physical inspection at this stage.

Standard inspection

128-point checklist, photographic evidence, and a pass / fail / not-checked ledger. You receive the file within 24 hours of the visit.

Everything in T-02, plus negotiation, document review, and handoff at the notary. We do not sign on your behalf.

Full support

Stated limits. We do not dismantle components, verify hidden structural repairs, or confirm service history beyond the documents supplied. Those items appear as not checked.

Every checkpoint carries one of three states and one line of evidence. A row marked not checked keeps its number and states why the item was out of reach, so the gap stays visible in the file.

Each finding carries a photograph and a row.

The hotspots below share IDs with the pass, fail and not-checked ledger. Where the camera could not reach, the row says so.

Section 05 / Refusal and stated limits05

Read first. A declined vehicle is documented, not quietly dropped.

What we will not inspect

Refusal is part of the method. If a car cannot be assessed honestly, the file stops and the reason is written down for you to keep.

R-01 Structural rust on load-bearing members. We do not certify a shell we would not put a buyer into.

R-02 Blocked or mismatched VIN and registration papers. Vehicle identity must be verifiable before any checkpoint starts.

R-03 Sellers who refuse a workshop visit or a cold start. An unobserved engine is an unknown engine.

R-04 Parts cars and odometer readings that do not reconcile. The ledger records the discrepancy instead of guessing.

Stated limit. The dossier covers what is visible and accessible on the day. We do not dismantle trim, strip the engine, or measure paint depth on every panel. Anything outside the agreed scope is logged as not checked, with the reason, and is never upgraded to a pass.
