Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Provider

Services are supplied by zylthix.com LLC, EDRPOU 25461323, 15 Khreshchatyk St, Business Center, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine. Contact: contact@zylthix.com, +380 678 558 8014.

2. Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancel or reschedule by email or the form below at least 48 hours before the scheduled start. Later cancellation may incur a fee for work already performed.

3. Refunds

Timely cancellations are refunded within 14 calendar days to the original payment method, less committed third-party costs. If we cancel and cannot provide the service, the service fee is refunded in full.

4. Non-refundable costs

Third-party costs already committed on your behalf (permits, deposits, travel, licensed materials) are non-refundable. We identify them before confirmation.

5. Issues

Report defects within 14 days of performance with your order reference; we respond within 10 business days.

6. Complaints and disputes

Complaints are handled under the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023. Unresolved complaints may be filed with the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or a court.

7. Legal basis

This policy follows the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015 and the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023. Personal data submitted with a request is processed under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 3993-IX of 17.12.2024.
