File 05 / Limits

Scope ends where the metal stops giving answers

We report what can be seen, measured and questioned during one visit. Anything hidden behind trim, fresh paint or a seller's refusal stays on the ledger as unresolved.

  • L-01No dismantling. Panels, engine covers and interior trim stay in place, so repairs beneath the skin can remain unseen.
  • L-02Electronic diagnostics read stored fault codes only. Intermittent faults that are not present on the day may not appear.
  • L-03Mileage is judged from wear, service records and database entries. We state a probability, never a guarantee.
  • L-04We do not certify roadworthiness, customs status or legal title. Those checks belong to the registry and the workshop.
  • L-05If a seller blocks access, or the car cannot be started safely, we stop and refund the unused part of the fee.

Independence, stated plainly

We are an independent vehicle inspection service. We take no commission from sellers, dealers or importers, and we never buy the cars we examine. Our fee is agreed in writing with you before work starts, and the confirmed amount in that email governs the engagement.

Coverage / file intake

Cities where we can stand next to the car

A file only opens where one of our inspectors can reach the vehicle in person. If a listing sits outside this list, we tell you before you pay anything.

Anything outside these cities is quoted per trip in UAH and confirmed by email before work starts. The confirmed figure in that email governs the engagement.
