UA vehicle sourcing · File request

Open a file before you commit to a car

Send the vehicle details and the city. You get a written scope, a fixed fee in UAH and a clear list of what the check cannot cover. Then you decide.

  1. 01

    Send the listing

Link, VIN or plate, asking price, and where the car is parked.

  2. 02

    Receive the scope sheet

Tier, fee and the exact checkpoints that will and will not be inspected.

  3. 03

    Approve and schedule

Confirm in writing, then we take over the seller thread and the visit.

Request your inspection dossier

Give us the city, the vehicle and your budget. You receive a written scope, a fee in UAH and the list of checkpoints we will not cover before any work starts.

Independence and the limits of the file

We are an independent vehicle inspection and buying support service. We are not a dealer, we do not sell cars, and we take no commission from sellers. The file you receive describes what a vehicle was found to be on the day of inspection, nothing more.

Independence

Every checkpoint, photograph and note is recorded by our own inspector before any money changes hands. If a seller refuses a full inspection, the case stops there and the hours already worked are billed along the scope line you confirmed in advance.

What the file does not cover

  • Wear that only appears under load, at speed or after long use.
  • Faults in electronic modules that stay silent during the scan.
  • Previous repair work hidden under fresh paint or sealant.
  • Legal status beyond the documents the seller presented.

Scope, fee and the limits above are confirmed in writing before work begins, and the confirmed figure in that email governs the engagement. Cases we decline are described in the refusal policy on the inspections page.
