1. Provider and law

2. Scope

Independent pre-purchase vehicle inspection and buyer support in Ukraine. We are not a dealer or seller, are not party to the sale and do not warrant the vehicle, title, mileage or condition. Reports reflect observed conditions.

3. Fees and payment

Fees appear before ordering and are payable in UAH. Single tax payer; VAT is not charged unless stated. Work starts after payment and confirmed access; extra costs are disclosed.

4. Timelines and deliverables

Reports are due within the agreed period, usually two business days after access is confirmed. Deliverables: photo/video report, checklist and written summary. Timelines are estimates.

5. Coverage

Kyiv and confirmed regions; travel fees and scheduling limits apply outside the standard area.

6. Inspection limits

Visual, non-invasive inspection only. We do not dismantle parts or guarantee detection of hidden defects, electronic faults, prior repairs, mileage tampering or encumbrances.

7. Client duties

Provide accurate details, lawful access and authority to order. You are responsible for your purchase decision.

8. Cancellation and liability

Cancel before scheduling for a refund less costs incurred; after dispatch, non-refundable. If we cancel, we refund the unperformed service. Liability is limited to the fee paid for the service; no indirect or consequential loss. Consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Complaints, advertising and law

Email contact@zylthix.com; we reply within 10 business days and seek an amicable solution. Complaints may go to Ukraine's consumer authority or courts. Advertising is accurate and substantiated under Закон України «Про рекламу» № 270/96-ВР від 03.07.1996. Ukrainian law governs.
